Care

Wipe your piece with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store it in the pouch it arrived in, away from damp. Put jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off before swimming or the shower. Chlorine and salt water are the two things silver genuinely doesn't like.

Return any piece within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging with the certificate card included. Email us and we'll send you a return address within 24 hours. Once it arrives back with us, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 working days.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect — in that case, send us a photo and we'll cover everything and replace or refund it.
Earrings can't be returned once worn, for hygiene reasons. The 30 days runs from the day your order is delivered, not the day you order.
